£30,000 Basic Salary, £40,000 OTE plus benefits package.
Responsible for the small team of four your role is a combination of field sales and people management with a heavy emphasis on account retention and new business generation. Therefore the role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in engineering sales, component sales or industrial sales with the organisational capabilities and people skills to manage a team.

Selling a variety of components to an extremely wide range of end user clients this is a semi technical sales role and ideal for someone with an understanding of plastics technologies. As the key sales contact within this dynamic, engineering conglomerate you will also spearhead project driven solution sales and maintain the largest accounts across the South East patch.

This is a varied 'hands on' role where you are responsible for the P&L of the branch operation and as such your potential to earn is driven by a combination of account retention, new business growth, branch profitability and meeting customer satisfaction targets. Whilst the emphasis of your role is sales and business development you will also have involvement in all aspects of running a successful operation including marketing, budgetary control, purchasing and financial management.
